Really good service from Ultra Sound as retailer. The only reason for not achieving full 5 rating is that the distributor of Roon Nucleus (not Ultra Sound & Vision) did not have stock in South Africa and failed to provide delivery confirmation of new stock. Ultra Sound was accommodating to find a solution despite their distributor letting customers down with no stock.
